Charlotte van de Ven is a transformation expert, strategist, and founder of Citrine & Champagne, where bold ambition meets soulful execution. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of people & culture, HR, change management, communication, learning & development and digital transformation, she brings a rare depth to every engagement. Charlotte holds a Master of Science in International Business, Culture & Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University, for which she was awarded the University Medallion for outstanding academic achievement.
She is a Prosci-ADKAR certified Change Practitioner, one of the most respected certifications in the change management field, since the philosophy and method is build on 30 years of extensive longitudinal organisational research, behavioural and psychological change theory, human-centered change philosophy and actionable & measurable enterprise application with effect studies.
She has led large-scale transformation programmes and projects across retail, finance, life sciences, construction, and the public sector, spanning multiple countries and touching tens of thousands of employees at large brands and respected businesses with actionable change. Her professional foundation was forged over eight years in management consulting in top-tier management consulting at EY, Capgemini and KennedyFitch.
